Bing Image Creator (powered by OpenAI's DALLE) has been around for a while now. It's free and easy to use: https://www.bing.com/images/.
Here are a few images generated with Bing Image Creator:
- A model wearing Chinese qipao.
- Girl in blue dress.
- A Christmas sweater.
It really seems to have a good understanding of what a 'qipao (旗袍)' looks like.

The Christmas sweater look very nice with a blurred background although sometimes the face looks very much AI generated (1st image for example).

I like how I can save the generated image to an existing collection or new collection.. You can explore ideas by looking at other people's creations. Another thing love about it is that I can customize it with Microsoft Designer (https://designer.microsoft.com/) and use the generated image to create other designs such as a poster or a card etc.
